When this helps
Shows you saw but never got around to logging, with ticket photos and screenshots piling up in your library? Logging them one by one is tedious — that's what bulk import is for. Select the photos all at once, let the app group them by show, fill in each show's details, and multiple records are created in a single pass.
Log them in one pass
You need to be signed in first. Open the app, tap "Log a show" at the bottom, then "Bulk import" — the "Free" badge means it costs nothing for now.
Tap "Select photos" and pick everything you want to log in one go. When prompted, allow photo location/metadata access; the app uses it to tell which photos belong to the same show.
Wait a moment while the app sorts photos into one group per show; ones it's unsure about land in "Ungrouped photos".
Tap "Edit info" on each group to fill in the show name, date, price and mood. Long-press and drag to reorder photos; drag one to another group if it's misplaced, or into "Ungrouped photos" to pull it out; use "Create new show" to give stray photos a fresh group of their own.
When everything checks out, tap "Confirm groups (N)" — once you see "Successfully imported N records", the batch is done. A group holds at most 9 photos and becomes one record.
Messages you might see
"Show time not recognized" in red means the group's show date couldn't be read off the photos — tap "Edit info" and pick it manually.
"Ungrouped photos remain" means every photo needs a home before importing: drag strays into their group, or use "Create new show" to give them their own.
"Imported X records; Y failed" leaves the failed groups in place — adjust them and confirm again.
A short wait during import is normal: photos not yet recognized are scanned on-device first, so imported tickets become searchable by the text on the photo.
If you're routed to the membership page, something exceeds the free allowance (like the number of tags) — just follow the prompts.
